C M Ramesh, the richest TDP MP

Most of the Rajya Sabha candidates who filed their nominations on Monday are crorepatis. The richest of them is C M Ramesh of TDP, while Rapolu Anand Bhaskar of Congress Party has very modest assets to declare. The six Rajya Sabha candidates submitted details of their assets along with their nomination papers.

Ramesh has pipped his own party’s Nama Nageswara Rao, the industrialist-turned-MP, to the post to the coveted position of the richest MP in India.
