Noted Psychiatrist and Dr BC Roy National Awardee of Rajamahendravaram, Dr Karri Rama Reddy has won yet another university Gold medal. A multi-talented, ever-green student even at the age of 65 (officially 67), Dr Karri Rama Reddy has been awarded the gold medal for securing the first rank among LLMs on Thursday during the 35th and 36th convocation held Acharya Nagarjuna University.
Governor Sri Biswabhushan Harichandan presented the medal and certificate for Dr Rama Reddy. The Prof. Hara Gopala Reddy and Smt. Vijaya Lakshmi gold-medal is given for that student who tops all the branches together of PG. Courses in Law (LL.M) of the university that year.
Sri Adimulam Suresh (Minister for Higher Education), Prof. Rajasekhar (Vice-Chancellor), Dr Rosaiah (Registrar, Dr ABK Prasad (Veteran Journalist) were on the dais.
Dr Karri Rama Reddy, who has excelled himself in various educational fields like Engineering, education, law, literature, management, journalism, commerce, library science, social work, yoga has already completed 5 LLMs (postgraduate degrees in different branches of law and is awaiting his viva examination in law PhD. In spite of all this, he is very active in his medical practice running a 50 bedded psychiatric hospital and treating daily 100 outpatients.
