KVP co-brother to contest as Jagan MP

Every politician’s son, daughter, brother or relative is looking at Jagan’s YSR Congress Party for political innings. The latest to join this race reportedly is KVP Ramachandra Rao’s co-brother K Raghurama Krishnam Raju. The industrialist’s name became familiar in the media after he was questioned by the CBI in Emaar case.

Raju was named by the CBI as Accused number 72  in its chargesheet on Emaar. Krishnam Raju earlier filed a case against the CBI, alleging that the investigative agency was harassing Boulder Hills plot owners in the name of interrogation.

There is talk in YSR Party circles that Raghurama Krishnam Raju will contest as the party candidate for Narsapuram Parliamentary constituency in the next elections.  Kanumuri Bapiraju, the TTD chairman, is currently the Congress Party MP from Narasapuram.
