Newly appointed Tirumala Tirupathi Devasthanam Executive Officer D Sambasiva Rao on Wednesday walked up the hills to Tirumala to take charge of his responsibilities. Sambasiva Rao, who was with Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu during the recent trip to Singapore, is known as a non-corrupt officer.
Sambasiva Rao, who was earlier Principal Secretary, Municipal Administration and Urban Development, had been transferred and given new responsibility as the Executive Officer of Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) in place of M.G.Gopal who has been asked to report to General Administration Department for the new posting.
