The musical chairs being played in the Andhra Pradesh High Court is still on. A couple of Benches after, a new one has been constituted by the Chief Justice to hear the ‘vacate’ petition filed by Chandrababu Naidu against the earlier order. But YSR Congress Party, according to sources, is not very happy with the new bench either.

apnewslive.com highlighted on Friday how both Naidu and Jagan are playing hide and seek in the court. Jagan’s Sakshi was quick to point out that the family of the Judge on the bench Justice Eswariah was associated with TDP, and Vijaya’s lawyer Sushil Kumar, in an unprecedented instance, bluntly told the judge that he would not argue the case before him.

Justice Eswaraiah recused himself from the case and the new bench, which will hear the case on Monday,  now consists of Justice Rohini and Ashutosh Mohanta. YSR Congress Party is not very comfortable with the former, who belongs to Andhra Pradesh.

Jagan Party sources claim that they would prefer the original bench consisting of Justice Gulam Mohammad and Justice Nooti Ramamohana Rao to hear the ‘implead’ petition since the same bench issued the original order. What more legal twists are in the store on Monday in HC is to be seen.

Meanwhile, YSR Congress Party leader Gattu Ramachandra Rao alleged that Reliance’s ‘implead’ petition in the case was a legal ploy by Chandrababu Naidu to escape from the case. He also charged TDP with trying to manipulate the bench in the court for its advantage.
