Even while insisting that the BJP was not going back on the promise, the former union minister wants people not to worry too much about the category issue as the BJP Government was giving more money to the state than otherwise it could have got. She sounded less belligerent compared to earlier on the ‘failure of the state government’ to submit utilisation certificates to get more money.
