Tech Mahindra CEO and Managing Director C P Gurnani today met Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu and discussed about the IT industry development in the state.

Gurnani came forward to set up a center of excellence in robotics and analytics at the International Institute of Digital Technologies coming up in Tirupati. He also said that Tech Mahindra will expand in Vizag to create another 1,000 jobs.

Gurnani was all praise for Naidu for his contribution to the development of IT sector in Hyderabad. Recalling how Naidu built Hitec City in Hyderabad in a short time, the Tech Mahindra chief said, “You are a visionary leader, and I am aware of your capabilities in achieving the impossible”. He expressed confidence that the IT industry would receive a thrust in the new Andhra Pradesh under the leadership of Naidu, and extended his cooperation in this regard.
