So hero Gopichand is all set to turn “Mogudu” in real life. According to reports, the 31-year-old bachelor is getting engaged to a girl named Haritha, an MBA from Australia. Tottempudi Gopichand is the younger son of popular director of Pratighatana fame who died prematurely due to cancer.
An engineer form Russia, Gopichand was briefly a news reader with ETV before taking a shot at filmdom. Though initially got recognition for villain roles in films like Jayam and Nijam, soon made a mark for himself as hero with Yagnam.
Earlier, there was speculation that Gopichand was to wed hero Jagapati Babu’s daughter. But he seems to have chosen a non-filmy family for his girl. Haritha hails from a business family.
Gopichand’s latest movie “Mogudu” directed by Krishna Vamsy was his recent release.
