A Public Opinion survey was conducted on the opinion of the voters on the functioning of government, Chief Minster, local problem in the concerned Assembly constituency, awareness about the recently introduced welfare schemes, Congress action of disqualifying Jagan MLAs, party preferences and candidates in Mahabubnagar Assembly Constituency.
A structured questionnaire was used to collect the data. Through this questionnaire, totally 1017 respondents were interviewed.
Mahbubnagaar
In this constituency, most of the people prefer to vote Congress party (37.7%) followed by TDP (32.2%), TRS by 23%, YSRCP by 4.9% and others. Hence keen contest is envisaged between Congress party and TDP. TRS has not much influence in this constituency.
Nagarkurnool
In this constituency, most of the people prefer to vote Telangana Nagara Samithi (43.9%) followed by Congress (30.4%), YSRCP by 10.7%, TRS by 10.1%, TDP by 1.4% and others. Hence there is a clear edge for Telangana Nagara Samithi over other parties in this constituency.
Kollapur
In this constituency, most of the people prefer to vote TRS party (47%) followed by Congress (28.7%), TDP by 17.9%, YSRCP by 3.8% and others. Hence there is a clear edge for TRS party in this constituency.
Adilabad
In this constituency, most of the people prefer to vote TRS (61%) followed by Congress (20.4%), TDP by 13.8%, BJP by 4.3% and others. Hence there is a clear edge for TRS over Congress and TDP. Here TRS has much influence in this constituency.
Station Ghanpur
In this constituency, most of the people prefer to vote TRS party (63.1%) followed by Congress 25.5%), TDP by 10.9%, YSRCP by 0.5% and others. Hence there is a clear edge for TRS over other parties. TRS has much influence in this constituency.
Kamareddy
In this constituency, most of the people prefer to vote TRS (52.9%) followed by Congress (32.5%), TDP by 12.6%, YSRCP by 1.9% and others. Hence there is a clear edge for TRS over Congress party and TDP. TRS has much influence in this constituency.
Parakala
