Adilabad by-poll is not going to be easy for TRS, according to reports. Jogu Ramanna, who resigned from TDP and is now contesting on TRS ticket, is facing tough opposition from both TDP and Congress.

“Reports from the ground-level leaders say that the TRS nominees will face a tough fight in the segment from both the TDP and the Congress and it is
not going to be a cakewalk for Jogu Ramanna,” according The Hans India.

The Congress MPs have been absent from the campaign, but the Minister Baswaraj Saraiah is doing his bit for party candidate.

“Despite the party senior leaders, including Peddapalli MP Vivek, MLC Prem Sagar Rao, MLA Sakku and former MP Indrakaran Reddy staying
away from the campaign, both Saraiah and Maheswar Reddy took the responsibility of the Adilabad seat and were leaving no stone unturned for their
candidate’s win.”
