YSR Congress Party is seething with anger at JC Diwakar Reddy’s remarks on Monday against Jagan in the presence of Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu.
Diwakar Reddy had said that Reddys in Rayalaseema were going after Jagan only because of caste. However, Jagan has done nothing for the region and its people, he had commented.
Reacting JC’s speech, YSR Congress leader Visweswar Reddy and Gurnatha Reddy said that the Anantapur MP was suffering from mental imbalance, and is talking rubbish only to please Chandrababu. The CM is deriving vicarious pleasure through Diwakar Reddy, they said.
They warned JC against criticising Jagan, and alleged it was Chandrbabu who created obstacles for Polavaram project.
