Jana Sena Chief Pawan Kalyan welcomed AP Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu’s statement on Uddanam patients of kidney disease. Thanking the CM on Twitter for the ‘positive response’, Pawan said that the relief measures anounced by the State Government is the first positive step.
“I felt Sri CBN understood the gravity and seriousness of the victims’ pain and suffering than Hon’ble Minister Atchannaidu for Srikakulam,” he remarked. Pawan wanted civil society to continue to mount pressure not only Government but also other political parties.
Earlier, the CM said no study could reveal the source and cause of the problem being faced by the people in Uddanam. “We will try to get the best scientists to find out the cause, and meanwhile, we will provide mineral water to the people here, besides providing dialysis centres,” Chandrababu Naidu said on Friday.
