Ramgopal Varma is looking for an appointment with KVP Ramachandra Rao, the former Advisor to the AP Government and the man friday of late YSR. The reason – he wants to discuss with KVP over the script of a movie titled ‘Reddi Garu Poyaaru’.
Though no one knows what is Varma’s mind about the story, KVP was understandably perturbed by the request. When he was told that the factory-style director wants to talk about a forthcoming movie with the said title, KVP apparently changed his mind and refused to see Varma.
If Varma were to make a movie on late YSR, it is bound to be controversial; at least the notorious director will ensure that it turns into one. Hence the reluctance of KVP to entertain the man who never fails to make the most of the real life stories in the best sense of the business.
