Nagarkurnool: TDP a poor third

In Nagarkurnool, Nagam Janardhan Reddy, who contested as Independent, won by an creditable majority of 27,327 votes. His nearest rival Damodar Reddy of Congress got  43,676 votes, while TDP fared a poor third with 18,606 votes.

TRS extended support to Nagam Janardhan Reddy, who resigned from TDP to contest again as Independent candidate.
