Jagan’s visit to Tirumala has created a controversy. Jagan had a darshan of the Lord on Wednesday. He, however, did not sign on the declaration required from non-Hindus. As many as 50 persons followed Jagan into the temple.

Jagan had made a visit to Tirumala in 2009 also. Then, he signed on the declaration before entering the temple. The temple officials asked him to sign the declaration this time too, but he went ahead.

TDP leaders Dadi Veerabhadra Rao and Payyavula Keshav criticized Jagan for not following the rules. Dadi said Jagan’s action was hurtful to Hindus. He accused that Jagan’s father YSR too annoyed Hindus by saying that only two hills belonged to Tirumla.
