The special gathering at HICC organised on the occasion of the second anniversary of Telangana Formation Day witnessed Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao at his best. He made, as usual, an extempore speech, that was engaging, informal but at the same time comprehensive. KCR touched upon all his pet subjects, his plans for irrigation facilities, his advice to Chandrababu Naidu not to pick up unnecessary quarrels over river water distribution, the new state’s achievements in various fields etc. He paid glowing tributes to Governor Narasimhan, by whose advice, KCR said, he organised this open meeting to get suggestions and advice from people.
