NTR seems to have lot of hopes on director Boyapati Srinu who made his latest film Dammu. “I feel I am a lucky fellow to have him as a director,” NTR said. He regrets even today that he had missed a film like Bhadra, which was first narrated to him
NTR’s much awaited film Dammu audio function was held at Shilpa Kala Vedika in Hyderabad on Thursday.
Speaking on the occasion, NTR paid rich compliments to Keeravani, the music director. “After Ilayaraja, he is my most favourite music director. I am proud that I figure in four of his 200 movies for which he gave music,” NTR said.
Dammu has some very good numbers composed by the veteran music director.
The ‘Ruler‘ song is likely to be a chartbuster. As is expected, the song is focussed on hero’s characteristics as is the trend now, but what makes it different is that both the concept and music of this number are different. Raju Vachchadu, Oh Lily and Vastu Bagundi songs are also foot-tapping. All the lyrics are written by Chandrabose.
Directors Rajamouli and Srinu Vaitla, heroines Trisha, Karthika are among those who attended the function. Rajamouli said that he would like to make a film with NTR that would show him in a new light.
Bhatti Vikramarka and TRS Vidyasagararao were also seen among the audience. NTR came with his wife Pranati. The trailers of the film were also released on the occasion. The film’s producers Creative Commercials K S Rama Rao and his son Alexander Vallabha were also present.
