Nagarjuna has of late been sporting his grey hair and beard and has been been making his public appearances in this ‘original look’. Nag has been shooting for his upcoming devotional flick on Shirdi Saibaba in which he is playing the role of popular godman. Nag’s new look is for this film.
While many have got used to this grey look of the lover-boy, some still seem to be unable to recognize the actor in his de-glamourized avatar. So much so that Nag’s long-time (girl?) friend and actress Tabu too could not make out that the man was indeed her dear pal.
This happened at the Platinum Jubilee Celebrations of ANR’s acting career recently held in Hyderabad. A host of actors and actress from South and North Indian film industry attended the event. Tabu did not recognize Nag, even as she passed by him. The hero had to call out to her,”Hello, I amNagarjuna” to catch the attention of the lady.
A bemused Tabu turned around and burst into laughter even she shook hands with him. Does that mean it was quite sometime that the rumored lovers have met since?
