Are your photos uploaded on Facebook for ‘private viewing’ secure? At least those of Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg do not seem to be safe. Yes, over two dozen ‘private’ photos of Zuckerberg were visible on line on Facebook, once again focusing on the chinks in the privacy and security of the most famous social networking site on earth.
Zuckerberg’s private pictures including a few with his girlfriend Priscilla Chan at his California home were visible online on Tuesday due to some technical glitches, which made it possible to access them.
“This was the result of one of our code pushes… Upon discovering the bug, we immediately disabled the system,” FB said.
FB has recently been under fire for its constantly changing privacy and security features. But Zuckerberg would probably have not imagined that the founder himself could be vulnerable to them.
