Indian Railways under Union Minister Suresh Prabhu is indeed making real progress. The Minister, known for his sincerety and straightforwardness, has undertaken several passenger-friendly initiatives to make rail travel more modern and luxurious.
After introducing a slew of ultra modern coaches like Vistadome on Vizag-Araku line, the latest is the new International Tourist Lounge at Varanasi Jn. The lounge looks decent and comfy. Suresh Prabhu promises several more lounges in various rail stations across the country.
